Meta’s service has given its users time to back up their chat history, so that their old chats can be migrated to the new device. To continue using WhatsApp, these users will now have to upgrade their smartphones. That means these users have no other option but to replace their existing phone. Below you can see the list of smart phones which WhatsApp will no longer work.
