MOP Vaishnav College for Women holds faculty development programme

The MOP Vaishnav College for Women (Autonomous), Chennai conducted a national-level seven-day faculty development programme. The Department of Management Studies organised the faculty development programme between June 12 and 18 under the leadership of Principal Dr Archna Prasad. 

The programme was inaugurated by Dr Lalitha Balakrishnan, Management Consultant and focussed on “Setting New Benchmarks in Management Education”. 

According to a college statement, effective pedagogical tools including case study method, simulation-based learning, gamification, story telling and application of digital tools for interactive learning were discussed with domain experts including Dr Anuradha Prashant, Kiran Surti, Kartic Vaidyanathan, Janaki Simon Peteer Paul.
